James Van Der Beek stars as a sinister, cult-like, and murderous leader of a gated community who traps three college students (Mason Gooding, Algee Smith, Keith Powers) after they witness him committing a murder. The thriller follows the students as they are hunted by this "cunning patriarch" who controls the community.
